Self explanatory. Infect your opponent till he dies. Siganl pest pumps up the plague stingers and inkmoth nexus's. Use despise and distress to keep opponent at bay, and if he gets something out just kill it outright with your creature kill cards.

I havent posted a set side board but it usually consists of memoricide and surgical extraction, flensremite, and extra doom blade and go for the throats.
Memoricide and Surgical for use against Solar Flare?
