Bad for business. Deckbuilding 101: You should have between 9 and say, 12 total spells/creatures/whatevers...not like 30...Pick your core cards you need to win the game, and use 3 or 4 of them.

While it's not always precedent to have three or four copies of everything in a deck, having one or two copies will create a very inconsistent kind of game, and one you're less likely to win on a regular basis.
first try at a deck people. no reasons for -1s. try putting more multiples of the cards you need the most in. coming up with a solid theme or focus will help with that.
