Good deck idea I love exalted. You should have 4 Lotleth Trolls because he should be your primary attacker due to the fact that you make him big by discarding Slitherhead and Dreg Mangler and he regenerates for 2 mana. I would also add in Treasured Find only because it lets you take any card out of your graveyard and put it back in your hand and in this deck it could be another counter on Lotleth or Tragic Slip.
