Using doubling season you will double the spore counters and the saproling tokens from all fungus' (which you gain life from with essence warden). Then you can ether build an army or sac the tokens to gain life, strengthen your creatures, weaken theirs, draw cards, or add mana. Sporesower and sproloth just quicken the process, and symbiosis doubles the tokens out.
