Ad Nauseum Combo in EDH. pretty much drop maralen, tutor for ad nauseum, and play it ASAP. then reveal cards untill you hit Skirge Familiar, exsanquinate, up to 5 mana worth of ramp, and 42 other cards. then drop familiar with that 5 mana, discarding 42 cards to play exsanquinate for 40, killing all opponents simultaniously. tendrils of agony are for gaining life if your ad nauseum almost kills you. this deck goes off by turn 4 every time, and has the potential to win first turn. the key to do so is to aggressively mulligan until you have one or more ramp cards in hand. this database doesn't have mana crypt, so mana clix will be taking it's place. Enjoy!

You should use Sundial of the Infinite so the other player always has to lose life but if you have only 3 life left and your commander would kill you, skip your turn.

Good idea with Sundial, but this deck will never loose by my General. Malaren will activate once or twice max to grab AN and maybe ramp. so that leaves us with 34 live. now the total cc of the deck is 28, 5 of which is used for ad AN. so the TOPS amount of life lost will be 23, leaving us with 11 life to spare. THIS DECK WILL NOT KILL ITSELF.... unless for some reason they deal 11+ damage by turn 4, and for some reason i have to go through my ENTIRE DECK in order to win (though possible, EXTREAMLY unlikely). if for some reason you cant win the turn you drop AN (which isn't possible because you will run into enough ramp to drop Familiar), you can use Zuran Orb or a small Exsanguinate/Tendrils to get your life total out of danger, then use elixir/cane to shuffle AN and any handy ramp back in and prepare for a round 2. i'm working to improve this deck, so the information i've shared in this post may be false at some point. i apologize ahead of time.
