This is a work in progress! I wanted to make a deck that used death touch and the grave. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
The whole idea is to kill their creatures with death touch and then bring them back from the grave. I put some giant growth for when they don't block. And the Elixir in the sideboard in case I need to shuffle my graveyard back in.

So this deck was built to slow down aggro decks and nothing else?

Yes, because most of the people I play use aggro decks. With the exception of some burn.
I believe most people play combo decks rather than aggro or burn. Out of the aggro decks I know, the truly good ones run first strike or instant-speed removal to shut down your deathtouch so I think you need to up your game if you want to fight on par with an aggro deck. The format for this deck is Modern, Legacy, Vintage, or Casual... Vintage and legacy decks are more likely to be combo decks that go off by turn 3. Casual decks include basically no rules for deck construction, which is like saying "let's have fun with unglued/unhinged...
It's casual the people I play normally don't play control or combo. Thanks for the point about first strike. I should may be use first stile creatures and then give them death touch with Deadly Allure.
