Get master of cruelties out as fast as possible and make him unblockable with goblin tunneler, shadow alley denizen, or rogue's passage. If lightning greaves is out give him haste and reduce their life to one before they have time to get rid of him! Tormented soul, vampire nighthawk, or lightning bolt can then provide the finishing blow. There's some removal in there too because lets be honest, you can never have too much removal.
