So, in short, start over. Sorry man.
Key components Llanowar elf fyndhorn elf *Elvish archdruid *Priest of Titania Ezuri, renegade leader **viridian joiner ***Umbral mantle I reccomend splashing white for enlightened tutor. If so, also include quirion elves. After that use Genesis wave to dump permanets out with excess mana, (careful of ezuri) and add finishers like blightsteel or emrakul. Or both. Also don't forget to protect yourself and the combo. Naturalize and asceticism go a long way.

Also drop Kennan. Kinda pointless. More armament master, he's sic. Then throw in a darksteel plate to keep him pumping those tokens after you go ultimate with elspth. If your really that dead set on cats go white suns zenith.
I think you could take out the Titan and true conviction to get you down to 60. If you're really all that worried about your equipments, drop some plains for buried ruins. Boom.
