Synopsis: In a quest to create a staple legacy deck utilizing the infamous planeswalker Nicol Bolas (and doesn't cost me an arm and a leg considering how expensive these decks can get), I may have reached a turning point. Without any sideboarding, this deck has single handedly beat several of my own and my friends most powerful decks, and has yet to be put up against the main runners like merfolk, dredge, and pump infect. I always wanted a deck with Nicol Bolas, but I wanted that deck to be more than a casual deck. Perhaps I have done so, but I have no clue about the sideboard yet, and am still working that aspect of it. Some important things the deck needed to satisfy in order to be a staple in my opinion: - Iona doesn't cause it to lose - It never lets creatures overwhelm it - It has access to more than 1 color - It doesn't run out of steam Strategy Summarized: Control anything too fast early on. Come in with a powerful late game, which all the early control supports. Usually people concede, and if they don't... They meet an agonizing and painful end. Feel free to assist me with sideboard possiblities I have deemed this deck and its strategy to be named Agony. Agony: extreme physical or mental suffering | the final stages of a difficult or painful death

It's a neat idea, but it's not quite tournament ready yet. If you really want to play Bolas in Legacy, I've seen people run him as a secondary win condition in Dream Halls/Conflux.

Perhaps you could elaborate on why it is not tournament ready
The deck is unfocused, it's slow even for a deck of its type, and it's designed like something for standard. For Legacy, if your deck isn't designed to win within the first four turns, you need MASSIVE amounts of control. I mean, you can try it at a tournament, but I wouldn't do it at one with a price tag.
Which decks could beat this deck so easily you think?
Fish, Goblins, Rock, Team, Zoo, Affinity, ANT, TES, Doomsday, Reanimator, NO Aggro, Intuitive Elves, Landstill, Painter's Stone, MUC, Stax, Eva Green, Pox, Deadguy, Canadian Threshold, Countertop Bant, Thoptertop, Enchantress, Lands, Tempo, Horizons, Cephalid Breakfast, Sneak & Tell, Hypergenesis, Mighty Quinn, Countersliver, and Belcher. Off the top of my head, and those are just some of the things you should run into if you go to a SCG Open.
Ok so I made a few changes here to account for some early aggro and various things like discard, reanimate's ect. Thinking of adding in Mental misstep but I am not sure what to sub it for, maybe put it in the sideboard?
<_< You left out Extraction y'bastard! Both Iso-seek and Poxtraction.
Majorly edited... Have yet to try it out.
