well, me and my friend have put this together in like 2 days continous focusing and thinking about the structure of the deck, now i tried this on Cockatrice (online magic) and it went 2-0 aganest Rakdos aggro , 2-1 aganest esper control, 2-0 aganest BUG.

oh and plus sigarda is a 5/5 hexproof flyer and pretty hard to deal with.
theres no other card that could repace that

Cloudshift protects any creature, plus bounces Thragtusk, or snapcaster for ability...-.-
This is called a Midrange-control deck, it trys to slow down aggro and when a fatty comes in like thragtusk , you bounce it as many times as you can...

The duallands are legacy...completely different format
first learn the cards of each format then recommend :D

since your running a cheap and fast deck (aggro) you have no need for the 4x farseek, i recommend putting in some burn control or o-rings.

why is there only one tibalt, and 1 from almost everything?
i would recommend using fewer but more of them, and also, if you want to make this deck around tibalt, than use more than 1

its not a very "wish list" deck its more like a budget casual deck :)
also i recommend Heroes's Reunion and not sacred nectar

Steel overseer and tempered steel is also not that effective in this deck, i suggest to put some draw or handle cards
