- 2x Grisly Spectacle (too much mana, not the best card)
+ 2x Searing Spear or Pillar of Flame (more/faster damage -> You win earlier)

Ever thought about: Guttersnipe
I think it perfectly fits your deck (you have a lot of instants)

I think you need Arbor Elf's or other creatures (cards) who can generate mana, cause you need those extra mana to get stronger cards earlier in the game. You have a lot of cards with 4 mana or more. Birds of Paradise aren't enough
