The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Combo deck based on Throne of Empires, Scepter of Empires, and Crown of Empires utilizing U/B/W mana scheme. I felt that three of each of the artifacts of Empires was sufficient enough to make it a combo deck that's primarily based on the Empires cards themselves, but also allowed me to throw in a couple extra cards that I felt were needed and could still add more potential to the deck theme, but still alowing the Empires cards to be the stars of the deck. I'd also like to note that Mirrorworks, if given the fact that you're able to play it asap, paired with the idea that you have a decent amount of mana to play it's ability, you can start making duplicates of the Empires cards, and other artifact cards infact ;] And with Master Transmuter coupled with Mirrorworks I think you can see the potential between those two cards if given the chance to allow their abilities to play off each other can make an awesome combo, especially if you were able to make a duplicate of Master Transmuter. Darksteel Forge, and Leonin Abunas make your artifacts indestructible and, gives them hexproof if that wasn't enough! Lightning greaves I thought would be great especially for Leonin to give him added protection essentially/theoretically speaking. Enough of me rambling, just take a look at the cards and you'll see for yourself how many of them can play off each other and such. I also felt that it was essential to put in a few cards that allowed me to scry, and search through my library for cards, and what not to get to certain cards, mainly the Empires cards quicker and efficiently. This is my first deck, of course it's not perfect, no deck really is, but I think it's solid and has potential. Enjoy.
