Everything people hate about faeries, in one package.Counter spell, steal creatures, drain mana, discard their hand, and beat their face in with flyers. Bounce and reuse your creatures as much as desired. Flash creatures in for disruption. Hide underneath your total shroud...and annoy the crap out of your opponent!
The whole point of this deck is to reuse your creatures, and cheaply. Whether your are bouncing them as part of a cost or championing them, your creatures are going to get a workout. Steal with Sower of Temptation. Draw with Faerie Miscreants. Counter with Spellstutter Sprite. Mana drain with Mistbind Clique. Scion of Oona provides cover and power. Oona's Blackguard will turn all of your rogues into hand discarding terrors. Faerie Imposter and Familiar's Ruse do the heavy lifting for reusing whatever creatures you want, though they obviously have their own uses. Oona, Queen of the Fey, is thrown in for good measure. She can mill your opponent's decks, and generate token creatures that synergize marvelously with Oona's Blackguard and Scion of Oona.

I am not sure I understand your comment.
Well look, you are playing too few lands and too high mana cost spells, you'll have lots of matches in wich you cant play spells in time to beat your opponent. These are just tips bit try to cut some high mana cost spells and put some more lands in the deck, it has lots of potential but could be so much more imo , keep up the deckbuilding, greets
Faerie Conclave and Mutavault comes to mind, you have four Scion of Oona in your deck and being these can become faerie land creatures it could be a win, win.
I've honestly thought about removing the Scions all together, but they work well enough. I almost feel guilty with the universal shroud, and the creatures really need the bump in power to be effective attackers.
Do you think Quickling would have a home in this?
I heavily considered Quickling, but I wanted to keep my CMC down. That one mana makes a bunch of difference when you're trying to recast your hand.
Bitterblossom?
I have one. Got it in my very first starter pack from Shadowmoor "Going Rogue". Same goes with the Vendilion Clique. Most of these cards were purchased years ago when they weren't so expensive. I can't bring myself to buy another Bitterblossom, otherwise I'd put more in there!
As a long time faerie player myself I've decided to help you out a little in the most budget friendly way because you really don't need bitterblossom or cryptic command. They zre powerfull but not the first step into making this deck better.. That said here is some more advice first, you are playing too many cards that require you to return cards to your hand, wich often leads to not having anything on the board to bounce back. Cut familiar ruse down to a 1 maybe 2 replace the rest with mana leak , you can run quickling but no more than 3, imposter isn't that good but you could play 1. while cards like beseech the queen and oona are great in edh and add flavor to the deck, they will only make this 60 card deck unplayable consider cutting them. now that you have cut your high cost creatures you can also cut the semblance anvil, also sower of temptation could be moved to the sideboard because if your opponent doenst play creatures, its a dead card. Now you will notice the only reason you are splashing black is oona's blackguard and it is not worth splashing. Now for the most important part : disruption! all these cards That can be cut from the deck can be replaced with counterspells like mana leak, condescent and bounce spells like vapor snag and unsummon wich can be used on your opponents creatures and your own. And finally you need around 23-25 land, consider running 2-3 faerie conclave. Now you're all set. Hope this helps
Makes sense to me.
I had ended up tweaking it immediately after making it. I agree that the CMC curve was a bit too high. It does work wonders even without Semblance Anvil. I keep Faerie Imposter and Familiar's Ruse in because I want a high reliability to bounce my board back. Thus far, I haven't had any real problems. It still needs tweaking to get its CMC curve lower still, but it's rocking and rolling in the meantime.
PS: I have black splashed for Oona's Blackguard because it synergizes very well with the other rogues in this deck. The +1/+1 pump while milling your opponent's hand is very power, and gets a lot of extra work out of these weenies. She also functions as a chump blocker herself. If I manage to get a Bitterblossom or Oona out while this card is still floating about...it works very well. I'd prefer not to splash black, but with the lands I have it's of no consequence at all. It tempts me to replace Oona's Gatewarden with Oona's Powler, but I haven't yet.I'd really like to place search in here for late game utility, but it doesn't need it. What the deck really needs, is some improved draw mechanism. If I could efficiently add draw to this, it would be marvelous.
