~ To run Padeem properly, you will need a higher cmc card, maybe try the blue or red Gearhulks, those have a 5 or 6 cmc, and they count towards Padeem's effects.
~ for Pia, you don't have ONE artifact creature, besides 1/1 thopter tokens. if that is what you are going for, try a few Whirlermakers, or go for a Module combo, to make thopters. Many ways to do it, try employing at least two.
~ Try to have at least 2 copies of each card, so you can get solid combos, and consistent wins.

what if, for fun, you put in Clone Legion, for the heck of it, because why not? I know, the 9 cmc seems unsightly.
Shapesharer could work, if I keeps stays a copy until after Biovisionary's effect resolves.

If you wanted, you could try Congregate at Dawn, for {G}{G}{W}, or Drift of Phantasms for its Transmute effect, Evolution Charm.

So, Im seeing a theme with this, but it is kind of weak. If you are trying to get rid of their creatures at the cost of your own, i suggest using creatures that do something when they die (unless it says "combat damage"), along with cheaper graveyard cards, like Macabre Waltz (2 creatures for 2 mana? sounds good to me) or maybe Wildest Dreams (you can return both creatures and sorceries AND instants AND anything you can think of to your hand, as long as it is not in exile), because you do not have any artifacts (tokens don't count), so you cannot take advantage of Fortuitous Find's ability.
Sanitarium Skeleton has an ability that says " {2}{B}, return Sanitarium Skeleton from your graveyard to your hand", and it is a one-drop 1/2, but it is a skeleton creature, so i don't know if you want that in your deck. you could replace Thraben Inspector with Sanitarium Skeleton, as Thraben Inspector does not fit the theme.
