I think this deck could do big things just because it has such potentially explosive starts and has potentially potent finishes. The deck revolves around a couple interactions. I still haven't fully thought this through and it might be trying to do too many things, but I still like it. Nivmagus Elemental exiles spells in order to put two plus on plus one counters on him. Guttersnipe and Burning Vengeance revolve around needing spells to be CAST to deal two damage. The magic of this is the spells don't need to RESOLVE to do their dirty work. So picture playing a spell with flashback, dealing two with snipe and getting its effect, then playing it again from the graveyard, exiling it to get counters but getting the two damage still. Here's my question do I go more guttersnipe focus or vengeance focused? Also whats a better finisher? Epic experiment can trigger some crazy finishes especially if you eat up most of the spells except maybe an artful dodge, while also dealing 2 damage per spell with snipe. OR late game past in flames that can whip out any one or two mana spells that will deal damage with both snipe and vengeance and can then be fed to the elemental. I really like this thought so let me know. Also I really like inaction injunction. With an electromancer its a one mana draw a card and lock down a creature that might trigger a guttersnipe and is easy to play off epic experiment.

Other than bonfire, I would get rid of your x mana spells since you only use 18 lands. I would also consider using delver since, or if you can splash green, use huntmaster since he has good synergy with your deck. If you have a moment, can you check out my rug deck? thanks. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=388917
