Yep that was the idea. I wanted it to be green but I could find enough cards that worked well with equipment.

you know most mill cards say target player you could throw mill cards in the deck to mill things into your graveyard.

Finally a sliver deck that isn't just beat down your opponent with raw number and power. A sliver deck with some unique choices for a win condition.

Have you considered adding "Sovereigns of Lost Alara"? If a creature attacks alone you can search your library for an aura and attach it to the attacking creature.
