i dont understand at all

You keep your boy away with fogs, mana leaks, moonmists, etc. At the same time, Curse of the Bloody Tomb, Jace (Memory Adept), and Erasure mill the opponent. Never seen a fog deck before?
i havnt...im kinda new to the whole format play of magic...my decks are all usually tribal
