This is the BW infect deck a friend of mine, and myself have been testing for a while. Why BW instead of UG? well we always like to try and mess around with different archetypes and this is what she came up with. Turn 1 Dark Ritual is a bomb, Hyena Umbra gives protection from atleast 1 removal spell and Night's Whisper will give you more fuel to work with.If you want to be part of our community please go tohttps://www.facebook.com/groups/magic.the.gathering.pauper/And if you want to see more of my original brews or variants on an existing archetype https://www.facebook.com/groups/magic.the.gathering.pauper/

I like it. I make a lot of infect decks including pauper and off-colour, but actually never both in one. Also, I'd suggest divine favor

You could try "Center Soul" instead of "Apostle's Blessing". Costs the same (if you don't pay 2 life instead of {W}) but has the advantage of Rebound, which allows you to protect a creature on one turn and make it unblockable the next one. Though it might be a little dangerous with all those enchantments, depending which colours you play against."Adventuring Gear" could also be an option, especially when using "Evolving Wilds"/ "Terramorphic Expanse"GreetingsMuktol
Oi mate thanks for the feedbackAdventuring Gear goes against the enchantment synergy, and although I myself would run Center Soul, Blessing is better in infect decks purely because it's quicker and we really want to use every last mana we have available each turn, the 1 extra just really makes it "meh" for infect.
Drop-dead gorgeous. I might suggest a couple more pump spells? But I don't run infect so I don't know a whole lot about it. Also, this is just me, but I cringe when I see the title; orzhov is black/white only! Green/White/Black is Abzan. Sorry, I just had to say it or I would go mad. Again, love the deck!
The deck only uses one green card, and it can be paid for with life. That's the only thing making it say that it's green
oh. Oops. I just saw mutagenic's picture and didn't even look at it, totally forgot it's a phyrexian cost. I take it back; deck name is on point.
I am not a fan of Vector Asp in here since you have to pay to give it infect. Needs more Mutagenic or pump since you have no real late game or trample
Infect doesn't really need late game, but yeah esp is less than optimal but so is playing non green infect lol
There are black and white cards that do what greed does, but no where near as good. There is a late game way to play infect and this deck has none, so I don't see a need for Toxic Nim
is nights whisper reprinted as a common?
In Eternal Masters, yes. Some places/tournaments don't classify sets like that for ratity, though.
Pauper rules state "If a common version of a particular card was ever released on Magic Online, any version of that card is legal in this format." and Eternal masters was printed on mtgo (bringing the rise of P-Drake decks)

Is Ethereal Armor worth it? 11 Enchantments isn't THAT much ... did you consider Shadow Lance instead? It would give you quite some punch in midgame (where this deck is currently lacking) and is less dependant on a good board. Because, let's face it, if you already have dudes with some auras on them (and that's when the Armor is good), then you are probably winning already. But the more likely scenario is that the opponent killed most of your stuff. Shadow Lance is better on it's own.Otherwise, Infernal Scarring is good way to prevent stalling, however, I guess even at 2 mana this is too expensive and prefer a quick all-or-nothing-style with this deck? Why only 2 Mutagenic Growth? Or, why run them at all if you wanted to do something new? Use Vampire's Bite instead if you want to keep it "real", otherwise, run 4 Growths.
All this is relevant.
The first strike is important for the creatures to survive combat, Shadow Lance is an uncommon so you can't legally play it in pauper.Infernal Scarring just doesn't boost the creature enoughMutagenic Growth is one of the best pump spells available to us in pauper, however in earlier builds when we did run 4 we either lacked the draw of whispers, or the enchantments to make Ethereal Armor be worth something. thus cutting it back to 2 just to make room so we could both have card draw and use Ethereal Armor as a somewhat reliable thread.
two cards that may help are shelter for card draw.. and maybe sejiri steppe could make them unblockable for a turn
I did consider shelter but the 1 colourless requirement of blessing wiped those thoughts away, I wanted to play Steppe too but without playing green and not having access to instant speed croprotation, if I were playing green Id add it in.
