First deck i built IRL, constantly trying to refine it. The goal is, as any other mill deck, to force an opponent to move his entire library to the graveyard. Dream twist, memory sluice, and tome scour mill heavily one time, and the 4 curse's of the bloody tome quicken the pace. Merfolk mesmerist and mindshrieker give me a choice each turn of milling or defending. Fatestitcher and flood are used to tap dangerous enemy creatures until they can be dealt with, and the delver of secrets is used for a cheap but effective wall after transformed. Cancels, faerie trickeries, redirect, and mana leak counter spells that i don't want to deal with, and grip of amnesia has the potential to remove dangerous cards in the graveyard. Unsummon, disperse, whirlpool whelm and silent departure stall for time and waste enemy mana by sending creatures back into their hands. Runic repetition gives me a third and fourth use of either my silent departure or dream twists. Sage owl and ponder allow me to plan my draws, depending on what i will need, be it mana, milling, or stalling. Plans for improvement: i intend to add at least 2 more mana leaks and redirects, once i have my hands on them, and maybe 1 more grip of amnesia. If i can get one, i want to add one of the jace planeswalkers.
