The deck utilizes the ability of Red to force your opponent into either taken large amounts of damage or cycling through their library, often times doing both at once. I find that this deck works best in Multi-player as you are able to kill off the entire board at once. Mana ramping is fairly easy by using the Vesuvas>Glimmerpost, giving you massive amounts of mana quickly. Using Spiteful Visions you are able to create massive board wipes by following the next turn with Wheel+Reverberate. Remember that each is resolved separately and you are able to play instants in-between Reverberate resolving and the actually Wheel resolving, allowing you to cast instants such as another Reverberate on the original Wheel. Any questions/comments/suggestions are appreciated.

I think you put the wrong locus land. Glimmerpost just gives you more health not mana, the other locus land gives you mana for each locus. I forget the name, but hope this helps.

The Glimmerpost is probably a better choice in a artifact deck or a Emrakul deck, but I have seen people playing them for the mana they can produce for like Fireballs or Banefire so if you are going to use them for the you should also add Cloudpost to the mix. I like how you added Barbed Shocker and Shocker, seven cards each turn (if they go through, ouch) I would add a Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker to bring out more Shockers. Plus a Whispersilk Cloak or Tawnos's Wand would be nice to make them unblockable.
