This deck is designed to be simple, and to introduce new players to Mono Blue Control. The main aspect of the deck is to counter spells and bounce things - as Scrying and draw for card advantage. A couple big creatures as a win-condition, and Spire Golem because it's awesome. Remember: deck built to be simple and fun, no combos or "high efficiency" intended.
