This is a selective milling deck. As such most creatures in this deck will mill your opponent for 1 card at a time. The main engine of this deck is Lantern of Insight. With this, everyone plays with their top card of their library revealed, which with 1 mill per creature allows you to dictate if the card they will draw is to your favor. In case you dont start off with lantern of insight, you want to use trinket mage to tutor it out. If not lantern of insight or trinket mage is available, you want to use -Dimir machinations- Dimir charm- spy network- lurking informant to influence what they will draw next. In case they do manage to get a spell, you memory lapse it, then mill for 1. If they get a creature out, you want to griptide/anchor to aether/whirpool whelm it away, then mill for 1. If you dont manage to swing with your small 1/1's to victory, or painfully mill your opponent 1 card at a time, then you will win from their rage quitting.
