you already have rite of replication in here, so why not put in acidic slime? then you can do the kicker cost of rite (which late game isn't terribly difficult if you have the urza lands), and destroy in total six lands with all the acidic triggers, and sit back and laugh evilly while they next to no lands and you have six 2/2 deathtouchers.

this is just me, but in addition to having biovisionary as your one and only wincon, add in acidic slime and parallel lives. funniest combo ever with rite of replication. you have one acidic slime, and parallel lives, then you play a kicked rite of replication targeting it and blow up all of their lands and most of their permanents. then you can sit back and swing with 11 2/2 deathtouchers.
i would get two copies of immortal servitude, they will bring back all your low mana cost and even higher ones if you have the mana.
i would definitely drop the gifts, and put in blood barons, even though they are more mana, they definitely make up for it. I, personally, would -4 gift of orzhova, -1 fanatic of mogis, + 3 blood baron, +1 temple of triumph, +1 temple of silence.
Just one more thing, i dont understand why you are using Imposing Sovereign, cause blind obediance is a much better card, being an enchantment, it is harder to target, works on artifacts, has the exact same mana cost, with extort that you can use with white mana to good effect, even in a deck like this, and all you lose is a 2/1 chumper without heroic.
The point of thassa wouldn't be in the devotion or the lack of heroic proc, or even in the scry, though though that is good to have, the point is her activated ability, which adds a ton more versatility in the deck. There aren't that many way to get rid of gods once they are on the field in standard, aside from banisher, ashen rider, fade into antiquity, and detention sphere if they aren't a creature(which in this deck is extraordinarily unlikely), and two of those you can get rid of, with the other two prime targets for counterspells. this creates an indestructible enchantment that lets you pay to make you creatures unblockable, which is a lot harder to deal with from an opponent's perspective. if you have aqueous form on a creature, it is very likely to be taken care of very quickly in standard, making thassa a very strong pick.
i know it's an expensive card, but you might want to add in thassa, as the ability to get a creature or two in for two mana each is a big bonus, escpecially if that creature is daxos or had hidden strings attached to it. plus you get to scry 1 every upkeep, so you can filter through your deck phenomenally well, and, along with all the other instances of scry you have in your deck, you can choose exactly what you draw each turn, plus if you somehow get five devotion, however unlikely, you have an indestructible 5/5 beatstick that you can make unblockable.
i would shift banisher priest into the mainboard and add another instead of wingsteed rider. the flying is helpful, ill grant you, but banisher is much need in case you come up against almost anything in standard. banisher kills gods for gods sake. if flyers are really a problem in game one, you can always shift it to the mainboard in game two, though i would take out favored hoplite in that scenario instead of banisher.
you need some pumps, like savage surge, or feral invocation. or at least move boon satyr to mainboard. they willl save you creatures and sometimes will get you that little bit of extra damage for game. Otherwise, this is definitely tournament ready.
there are a couple cards that would make this a bit better, if you don't mind a little expense. nightveil specter is definitely one, along with mogis marauder. another temple couldn't hurt as mana fixing is always nice. also, take out the sea gods' revenge, its, waaaaaaay too expensive for your mana curve. also, add 4 desecration demon in place of 2 dissolve and 2 diabolic tutor. this deck is not about counter spells, its devotion. definitely move 2 ashiok to mainboard, and add a copy of erebos. other than that, great deck. also, drop a copy of abhorrent overlord. you dont want too many 7 drops in a deck like this.
awesome way to do this combo, never seen it done like this before! kudos for creativity and ingenuity!
what if, as a rest of the deck idea, you used the emrakrul infinite turn combo, alongside a primordial hyrdra cast for infinite so you would essentially double infinity an infinite amount of times, and then using fling for laughs?
hey i would suggest the bringers, as in this deck, 5 colors isnt hard and they are powerful creatures, especially the black, so you can tutor on your upkeep.
the ashen riders are a little too expensive for them to be of any use in the deck. i would suggest putting in something like archangel of thune, as it gives you life from lifelink, but pumps creatures when you do gain life. another good replacement would be banisher priest, which effectively does what ashen rifer does without the high mana cost with the downside of being a bigger target. better yet, get rid of rifer, get two of both, and drop a prism.
dude. this deck. is fucking amazing. i love it. suggestion would be only to... i don't have a suggestion. this deck is too perfect to contemplate. im going to build this immediately.
ok, im not an expert on green/white by any extent, but it seems to me that a good card for this deck would be fleecemane lion. its a g/w 2 cmc 33 with monstrosity that gives it a counter, indestructible, and hexproof. you might want to consider adding it.
i love the idea of this deck, and you have done a great job with it, but from drawing sample hands, you need diabolic tutor in this deck, and possibly 2 more mana. when drawing sample i was getting mana screwed very very often. even though it has been said constantly the entire chat, needs more defenses against control. the tutor will help enormously mid-late game if you have set up your early game well. you can search for avacyn and all of your other big creatures.
how about curse of stalked prey? it gives any creature that deals combat damage to player a +1/+1 counter to that creature. it would combo well with raging ravine, and perhaps some double strike cards?
perhaps instead of doom blade, because you already have go for the throat, a couple cabal rituals to augment in the later game, in case you need that extra mana settin up your combo.
ok this deck is cool, but i would try to thin out the deck some, and put in multiples. another thing, there is a combo with master transmuter, use ornithoper or memnite, both 0 cost creatures. so you can put things from your hand easily. take out the mindlock orb and put in search cards. this is super important, escpecially in a deck where you need certain things at certain times. the sac artifact thing is not good for searching. put in actual toturs, like diabolic tutor. otherwise, great deck!
