This looks to be a pretty fun control deck haha. If your going for enchantments with blue... why not Omniscience or even Dream Halls?

Hmm Dream halls could work, once you use Chimes ability and bring Enhants back from Grave
Personally in my saporling I run Mycolth and thelonite hermit's for added burst and a little more umph for the little guys. Absolutely rude for token spawn on upkeep. Ensures a constant flow for constancy purposes. Cool idea with the control in there though
