i like the build nice job. I found playing u/w draw go can be lots of fun, hell been playin this style for years. My suggestions are - haunting and forbidden for 1 more day and 1 more dismember. Also -2 vapor snag for 2 more disperse (way better of a card IMO) also venser is very lackluster in this build i recomend either another gideon or maybe karn. Another gideon is ideal thogh. Great job keep it up..

well since vault hasnt updated the list yet ill post my new list with the innistrad cards ive tested this build for the last 2 days on cockatrice and currently 9-0 with it let me know any thoughts

well ive dropped 2 forest for 2 hinterland harbors (on order) never will i drop any more buried ruin saves my ass more than not.

with the inniastrid cards all spoiled and pre release this weekend i was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on cards for my deck
i really like grimoire of the dead and heartless summoning which i will fit in at least the heartless sounds fun huh.../

Tried birds didnt care for them since most of my mana base is blue or a sort of blue and i rarely see the bird. I already get every thing out super fast anyways so hes not needed and if i did work him in the mana base would be all screwy then the rest of the deck wouldnt work so well. im really trying to stay out of green all together except for pod of course.

i like the build but i feel blue would be better for u other than black. Add venser and your deck just became boss. i do like your black options i just feel from experience that blue options are just better. ie...
sea gate oracle
deciever extrach (double pod in this turn)
there are other options also just a couple of the top of my head. take a look at my pod deck pls.

The thing is with my build the only color that the deck relies on is blue. There is only 5 cards that aren't or cant be casted by blue which are mainly pod targets. And yes Architect Pod is faster than other pod decks in my experience. Turn 5 Sheoldred into turn 6 elesh is bad ass and happens alot. Metamorph is boss i love him also, my favorite standard card at the moment...
On the removal subject myr does damage early which targets creature or player
spellskite stops alot of there removal
glissa brings your threats back
Archon removes anything on the field period
wurmcoil has deathtouch which removes
Sheoldred is creature removal every turn and recures yours
Elesh is pretty much board wipe
sounds like removal to me

i play alot of different pod decks. I like your build except the black. i believe blue will serve u better exspecially with venser addition. but ive never seen this play so its hard to say how it would work. defintly try distress over despise. also check my pod deck out wich is what deathmuncher was talking about. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=234302

ya know they are only like 7 bucks and when u win at your fnms the deck will start paying for itself with the prizes. u should really try it.

ok not bad ive actually have faced this deck alot. i have some suggestions. agnorak262 is right turn aside is crap in this build why not run more leaks and maybe stoic rebbutal. Another card thats a must in this deck is Phyrexian Metamorph. This card will make your deck a whole lot better and u can use architect ability to cast it instead of only having only 2 wurms for his ability. I do understand that hes just used as a lord but why not abuse his abilitys to the fullest extent. Another option is maybe a mindslaver for that bit more of control and u still get to use architects ability for it also.

hey thanks bro, ive actually have 6 people playing my deck all over the states im hoping to get some kind of plan against aggro because it gives me the most trouble. Any thoughts?

The idea behind my side is to side into Architect Control. Mainly when i start seeing art hate. The deck has no problems vs any control just aggro, which is still winnable when u side.
The best combo is turn 5 sheoldred into turn 6 elesh norn if needed. been winning very consitantly with my build. I LOVE THIS DECK.....
