Mox's, Signet's and Sol Ring get you off the ground quickly, and most of the removal is very cheap, remove your opponents best threats and acceleration and then cast Kaalia, at 4 mana even if she get's spot removed once or twice she will still be castable, and once she swings in and drops a control creature you should have firm control of the board state. Use removal to destroy card advantage like Rystic Study / Remora, then play at parity with removal until you can assemble the combo pieces and win with Barren Glory(The Cheese Stands Alone)
Barren Glory combo's are:
Cast Barren Glory, cast Oblivion Ring targeting Barren Glory, then cast either Jakulhaups or Obliterate to win the game on your next upkeep if you have no cards in hand.
Cast Barren Glory, then cast Renounce or Forbidden Ritual to sacrifice all other permanents, then win on upkeep if you have no cards in hand.
Cast Academy Rector, then cast Obliterate, Jakulhaups, Renounce, or Forbidden Ritual, then win on upkeep if you have no cards in hand.
Cast Barren Glory, cast Aegis Angel targeting Barren Glory, cast Jakulhaups or Obliterate, then win on upkeep if you have no cards in hand.
Cast Karn, exile Barren Glory from your hand, next turn exile an instant or sorcery from your hand, next turn ult Karn, mulligan to 0, win the game.
You don't win the game if you don't have 0 cards in your hand at upkeep, so make sure you are aggressively casting your removal in case you can't discard down with Liliana or Rix Maadi. If you end up with a bunch of bombs in your hand and Kaalia has been removed from the board a few times making her uncastable, your backup is Lion's Eye Diamond or Bottled Cloister for the win.
