All credit goes to Lukus http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/mana-filter/ I'm redoing the mana base. Here is his explanation: "Filter that mana, Orochi! This highly experimental deck uses two combos to produce infinite mana, using combo inspiration from: http://www.magicdeckvortex.com/COMBOS_INFINITE_mana.htm. My contribution is basically combining two infinite mana combos into one deck, offering alternative cards that may be used in the combos, and throwing in two win conditions from the infinite mana. That said, and before I go any further, this deck will most likely not win against any random opponent, despite being theoretically able to put 100 counters on Helix Pinnacle in a single turn... But it could still be fun for casual. :) One combo consists of Fyndhorn Elder, Orochi Leafcaller, and Pemmin's Aura OR Freed from the Real. (Enchant the Elder with Pemmin's Aura or Freed from the Real. Tap it for GG. Filter that with the Leafcaller to, for instance, UG. Use the U to untap the Elder with the Aura. You've netted one mana of any color and can repeat for infinity.) Another combo uses Aphetto Alchemist and an Isochron Scepter imprinted with Vitalize. This requires having creatures out that can produce 3 mana, so for instance one Fyndhorn Elder and one Birds of Paradise would do. Tap them for 3 mana, use 2 to cast Vitalize with the Scepter (untapping all creatures), use the Alchemist to untap the Scepter, tap the mana creatures again, cast Vitalize... Repeat for infinite mana. Then hurl a Fireball for a bazillion damage, or put 100 counters on Helix Pinnacle. ;)"
