take out Nearheath Pilgrim, Druids' Repository, 1 Cathars' Crusade, 1 Sigarda, Host of Herons, 1 Plains, Devout Chaplain, probably move some into sideboard, 1 hamlet captain. Try that? :P

Needs the 4th Delver of secrets. I'd make room for 4 mana leaks as well. Mana leaks are pretty strong in standard.
Mono green and no Primalcrux's? Fo shame!
Needs Wall of Reverence.
Quickly glancing at it tells me this: Replace Chrome Mox with Mox Opal. Brainstorm is restricted in vintage Land Grants aren't needed in the deck too. Lacks synergy with your decklist.
Jet Medallion in storm combo? Card is not needed. Your list is subpar as well.
I like your suggestion about concerted effort. I might weasel in 2 of them. For now though, I'll put them in the sideboard. However, Armored Ascension, doesn't go good with this deck. IMO. Thanks for the suggestions.
Tolarian Academy is restricted.
I've tested Rites of Flourishing, and doesn't work well with the deck.
You should look at some of the other treefolk decks on this site. There's some that are much better than this. You have a lot of sub par cards. Like, Unstoppable Ash, Emerald Charm, and Wurm's Tooth. Just to name a few.
Where's Chameleon Colossus at? Wrath of God isn't needed in a Treefolk deck. Timber Protector doesn't help vs WoG anyways. Avian Changeling isn't good in this deck. I'd put in Safewright Quest. It helps think your deck. I'll stop there. Probably don't play the deck anymore. Not a bad deck though, but can be better ;)

I don't like any card that lets my opponents draw cards. It's a big no-no in my play style.^^
Needs more draw cards. Combo decks love to draw cards^^
