Mono blue deck with a Combo
Your inspiring statuary is one piece of the puzzle for winning. With Aetherflux Reservoir out every card you play give you more life which you use engulf the shores or Paradoxical Outcome to replay your cheap artifacts and spells. However works best when using instants, allowing the life gain to be very big

NOTE: Set by owner when deck was made.
Generally, deck idea is noce, but requires some tweaking as there are some problems with the combo.1. Engulf the shore returns to hand all creatures with toughness less than the number of your islands - this means also all small enough creature tokens you control and thus you loose the improvise benefit from all those tokens as tokens are destroyed when those leave battlefield to anywhere.2. You get benefit from Inspiring Statuary practically only to instants/sorceries , but you don't have any means to re-cast your instants/sorceries. You are limited to the number of hand cards in your combo cycle and can benefit from return to hand effect only according to the number of Paradoxical outcome and/or Engulf the shore spells. Further more, Engulf the shore will cripple your improvise as you loose most if not all your tokens when you cast Engulf the shore. What I'd do with your deck is to try to add in some cards that give you ability to bounce instants/sorceries back from graveyard. Also, some more non-artifact creatures would benefit from Inspiring Statuary. One good creature example would be Docent of Perfection, which creates tokens each time you cast instant/sorcery. This would further increase your base for improvise. Some other good ideas might be Baral, Chief of Compliance and Curious Homunculus.Might be that I overlooked some cards in your deck, but at the moment it requires some update to work properly.

Good points, but I like ungulf the shores really for helping get you out of a bind. Its really not there for any other reason. This deck is slow to start and a very fast agro deck will get you. Baral, Chiel of Compliance is a very good idea.
