the goal is to ramp as much mana as possible and stack cards that allow you to search for lands, then cast the commander and unleash all available cards to get as much landfall triggers as possible. keep the train rolling each turn... and hopefully if the cards are right double all tokens with second harvest and have a massive army of 5/5 tokens.
