I decided to make this deck because my store plays mostly modern. I figured converting my Legacy burn to Modern was a cheap way to start playing something decent without spending too much money. I am also making a Mono Green Infect , also as a decent, cheap entry to Modern. Any advice you might have on that deck as well would be appreciated. The deck list is on this site.

Eidolon of the great Revel looks like a great sideboard card, I feel it would be too risky to put it in the main deck though. Depending on my opponents deck, it could end up doing much more harm to me than to them. I am also nervous cutting burn spells for more creatures. There is a point in most matches where the creatures mostly become chump blockers since they are too meek to get in to finish them off. The burn is the main win condition. I don't know if making that smaller would be wise. Ash Zealot could be useful against dredge but I don't know if it would be worth replacing the Faeries in the sideboard with.I have been toying with some other burn spells too, Flames of the Blood Hand, Searing Blaze and Incinerate mostly. It might be worth switching some things up to include a few of these. They may be too clunky though and slow the deck down.Once I get a better understanding of my local shop meta those Eidolon's might be replacing something in my sideboard. I play Pyrostatic Pillar in my Legacy Burn Sideboard which is basically the same card. It's pretty much in there to help shut down the mirror match and Elves.
http://www.mtgvault.com/blackouttuna/decks/burning-caress-discardburn/ This is my discard deck, It is super fast and very fun to play. Have a look at it if you want, it may give you some ideas. Adding red gives you access to some very powerful cards that help you win much faster, plus some good cheap removal if things get hairy. But if you want to keep it mono black I could give you some tips too.
You may want to consider renaming this, since it has Legacy in the name but is a standard deck. Unless you are fishing for clicks I guess.
If you want to stay with the milling yourself theme, you should add Living Death.
I would cut the blue out of it. The older Zombie decks were all mono Black and the new standard ones are either mono Black or Black Red. You have too many different creatures in this deck. I would add four of the important ones and cut some of the others. I have two Zombie decks on this site one old , one Standard. They both work very well for me. Check them out. They would both also be cheaper than this one.
Have you considered Vengevine or Terrastomper?
Groundbreaker would be perfect for this deck. It's the green Ball Lightning. I would also run four Llanawar elves and two Birds instead. Since you are only tapping for green mana anyways, you might as well get that extra damage with the elves. I would also check out Giant Solifuge , Blanchwood Armor and Timbermare. Giant growths are always helpfull.
Wow I can't believe i missed that. Derp
I just saw the Unburiel Rites so Woodland Cemetery makes sense, but why the Glacial Fortress?
How did you do with this deck. I am interested in making a mill yourself deck, and after looking over the internet yours seems to be the best one that makes the most sense. Also why would you put in the Woodland Cemetery and Glacial Fortress when you are not running Plains or Swamps?
