This deck is based on pumping up low cost creatures with infect to inflict as much damage as soon as possible. With poison counters, low cost buffs, and plenty of unblock-able damage, this deck can finish games really quickly.
This deck is really straightforward: get Blighted Agent, Glistener Elf, or Ichorclaw Mir out ASAP and pump them up with Giant Growth, Ground Swell, and Mutagenic Growth early on before they can set up defenses. Even if they get a fast start and you are unable to get your creatures out in time, you can use Artful Dodge and Ghostform to set up your attackers and ensure that the poison counters get through with the buffs. Its best to be on the offensive at all times because even if it means leaving yourself exposed, a buffed attack from any of your creatures will be able to inflict massive poison damage and take out your opponent in 2-3 turns.
Any room for Might of Old Krosa? Pendelhaven? Inkmoth Nexus?

I was looking at Might of Old Krosa but its pretty expensive and I wanted this deck to be something I would actually buy just for casual play. Pendelhaven Elder looks like it could be a decent addition though.
I see. Well, you might consider Piracy Charm then.

I was thinking Jhessian Infiltrator, but I can't think of a way to just give him Infect. Melira, Sylvok Outcast comes to mind, but you said you wanted to keep the cost of the deck down. Spinebiter is expensive, but unblockable infect damage. Solid deck, +1!
