From 0/1 saplings to 8/8 birds, there are plenty of tokens to make in this deck. Mana elves get them out quicker, then get stronger later. Once you have a couple tokens on the board you can proliferate them to build a massive force; pump them up with Intangible Virtue & Collective Blessing; gain tons of life with Alive / Well or an Unflinching Courage on a Wayfaring Temple; do all that and then drop Akroma's Memorial. Nothing too complicated, but it always gets the job done and it's never a pain.
