For Mentor of the Meek to get infinitte draw

I love the idea of this deck, I've tried to create my own version. I ended up splashing white to use Midnight Guard as an extra Nettle Drone.www.mtgvault.com/bjornf/decks/altar-of-the-brood-modern/
He should have Joraga Treespeaker in his deck in order to make an infinite combo on Devoted/Ezuri...
The problem with putting in some hand control is that it slows the deck down, with the deck as it is I can potentially empty peoples deck by turn 4 or 5
I know they wouldn't play well together on the field, and I wouldn't play them on the field at the same time. But since they're both quite the threats when they're on the field without the other one being there. I do suspect that people would try to remove them, and if they remove the Immerwolf I have on the field, then I'll play my Huntmaster, and vice versa (y)
I guess that would be quite the hard hitter.. I am however picking apart my original Izzet combo deck. When Khans came out my deck left the Standard bracket, but it was the same idea. I was usually able to get a Nivix on the board, enchant with Aqueous Form and then with Titan's Strength and Armed/Dangerous make it an 8/6 unblockable with double strike. Then keep open 1 blue/red mana land for Mizium Skin or Dispel or another Titan's Strength :)I've just got a lot of combo decks already, so I'm kinda looking for some good basic Izzet without no fancy combos.I might think about remaking my old Izzet deck however, I do have Kiln Fiend lying around, and I think that I could do some cool stuff if I threw Fling into the mix :)
I have thought about both Nivix Cyclops and Kiln Fiend, the only problem is that they'll easily run into a blocker. The whole modern thing is not a problem though, since I only play casual. Wee Dragonauts is not the main win condition, which is why I think it might be okay to keep it instead of Kiln or Cyclops. But since I do have 4 of both Kiln Fiend and Nivix Cyclops I might try them in the deck once I get the rest of the cards.
I've added some draw power that I think works well with the deck. The problem with removing Shadowborn Apostles though, is that I need to draw tons of those, and keep my demons in the deck. So I can choose to have few demons in the deck, or a lot of Shadowborn Apostles. If my first 1 or 2 demons becomes the target of detroy spells, I'd still like to have a couple left in my library :)
