The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

This deck is built around an elemental card: Chandra's spitfire. Not all the creatures are elementals, but it's win condition is. Also, it's under $40. Chandra is really cheap these days.

I like this, you have a nice simple, to the point combo of cards. Only other thing is maybe a Zektar Shrine if you're lookin' for some more. This looks ike a devestating combination, If you wanted to cut back on mana cost, swap Comet Storm for Fireball; but at the same time, if someone has a Counter spell where they have to pay the converted mana cost, Comet Storm is better. Kudos boss, I give this bad boy a 9.2!

While this is solid. Are you sure its going to be under $40? I'm seeing 8 rares, and six mythic rares.
It is. I added the costs up.
I like this a lot, I have a similar one myself I have been tinkering around with lately. And since I have been been putting most of these together myself I can assure its under 40, I mean the lightning bolts are more than most the mythics in price. I picked up a playset of obsidian firehearts for 3 and change. And chandra is super cheap. Because its thematic and an alternate win condition, I would throw a suggestion out for fire servant. He cost a little bit to get out, but once he is on the field, just about every little burn spell you have becomes deadly. And he is an elemental too! Very cool though, I like these alternates to RDW.
Obsidian fireheart isnt even a dollar and chandra nalaar is like 4 bucks which is the most exepensive card in the deck.. Look it up yourself http://store.tcgplayer.com/Products.aspx?GameName=Magic&SetName=Zendikar
Yeah, If it didn't have a price limit i probably would have thrown in some goblin guides, more chandra's, maybe inferno titans. Just remember, if you want a cheap deck, mono red is a good place to start because most of red's awesome cards are commons and uncommons for some odd reason.
