I like this, but it seems that elvish pipers are the linch-pin of this deck, without them i think you'd really struggle to get any creatures into play. I know you've given yourself a lot of chances to search you deck for them, i think it'd be better to have some cheaper cards to place defense until you can get the big nasties out to play.

Since it's so dependent on a few cards I recommend Primal Command as a relatively cheap way to get the cards you need out. (at least cheap to your standards; with 9 costs and things)

you can use overgrowth, fertile growth, and mana refection to boost mana, and add some big green creatures in their too (i.e. kalonian behemoth and terra stomper). an inkwell leviathon is also a good choise

seems like you don't really need the war plow as most of your creatures have trample anyway and you probably aren't going to be activating its effect.
