I got my hands on some master of waves, purphoros just popped in to my head as something that would compliment it nicely. From there i looked at hybrid mana cards to handle the devotion issues and the deck developed from there.
Get your blistercoil wierds and nivmagus elementals down first to get some early devotion. Young pyromancer on turn 2 is handy, from there just work on getting cipher spells down so you can trigger the pryromancer and control the early game by tapping/untapping mana and creatures. Exiling copies of cipher spells can buff nivmagus quite quickly (and they still trigger pyromancer), once you get purphoros down and follow it up with master of waves the game should be yours in a couple of turns if not right there and then. It's not perfect by a long shot but it is fun to play with. Any suggestions to make it more competitive would be much appreciated.

If you want to break out of standard, high tide or another simple mana-ramp will help greatly. Otherwise, great concept and execution.
