I personally don't like Rotting Rats, so I would put in Dregscape Zombie, and I also like Fire-Field Ogre. Also, if you're trying to utilize the unearth ability, you could consider Corpse Connoisseur.

I would say that you have a lot of creatures, but there is nothing wrong with that because I tend to do that a lot and it works, but you need land to back it up and 22 swamps are not enough for an almost 70 card deck! If you go to Starcitygames.com you can find some cool lands I'm sure that will work in this deck.

Ok so it seems everyone like Putrid Leech in their Jund deck and I really don't see what is so amazing about it because you lose life just to amp him up a bit, can you please tell me why?

You could try adding Coat of Arms or Door of Destinies to amp up your elves.
