The first thing I would suggest is to stream line the deck a little...having so many 1 of's will make the deck very inconsistent...but i think the best decks are the ones you enjoy building and playing...so if you like it the way it is dont listen to me

the mimic vat wont give you the tokens because the token copy is exiled...not put into a graveyard...at least thats my understanding of how tokens work
if your running Nissa Revane why dont you have Nissa's chosen in the deck too?
Mirari + Glimpse the Unthinkable = Infinite Mill this doesn't work because if you read the rulings on Mirari you can only pay the cost once per spell...other than that this deck is terrifying....but you might want to take out the mirari for something else since its infinite combo is a bust
maybe its just me but why would you bother having 1 diabolic tutor? the way i understand it is having multiple tutors allows you to remove extra copies of cards that you know you will need only 1 of each game...so really the single tutor is just a dead draw
it seems like it might be dangerous to let your opponents draw that many cards...i mean yeah you will end up decking them but they are going to get to see every card in their decks...i dont see how your going to live to see them deck out
Thanks for the comments guys, oddly enough its the pulse trackers and blood seekers that seem to make this deck...that early game damage they can do seems to help a lot...and I used to use blood tribute but by the time i could play it i already had my opponents down to less then 10 life and paying 6 mana to deal 5 damage seemed like a waste...but ill play around with it some more and see how things go
guys some people would rather build decks that fit a theme and are interesting and fun to play and not just to win games...anne rice is fantastic and vampires have finally been given a tribal feel in magic...its great and I know that I love playing with my vampire deck...win or lose its a lot of fun
i play a deck similar to this...throw in a few tome scours...they are really cheap cost for milling 5 cards...that and maybe some creature bouncing and side board sleep to slow down over run aggro decks

you deck out on turn 1...or 2 if you go first...where are the other 54 cards???
the only problem is that Palliation accord only gets tokens when your opponents creatures are tapped so how does your infinite token loop work?
not that it really matters but this is an esper deck not Naya... other than that it looks good
The only thing i would worry about is the early game...but other than that this is awesome
