Nah I want no other creatures than those already in. Elvish Berserker can be removed but I wanted an early drop.

Seems really fun to play but I would add more draw power if I were you. Try effects like Night's Whisper or Sign in Blood.

The deck's modern so Taunting Elf doesn't fit here :)

Viscera Seer is a great sac putlet it's better if it stays

It's funny to attack people with Eldrazi Spwan that actually harm them :)

You should certainly cut out Chandra and Garruk, they just don't fit your deck's theme.
What is more try adding cards like Mortician Beetle, Consuming Vapors and Barter in Blood.
Cut out Lavalanche, Golgari Guildmage, Havengul Vampire. Ring of Xathrid is useless. Replace Mask of Avacyn with Greaves or Swiftfoot Boots. Remove reiterate in favor of another stealing effect like Temporary Insanity. Moonsilver Spear should go as well.

Since you got gatecreeper vine why don't you use the gates it fetches? They are also cheaper than the nonbasics you use
