Deck discussion for Elf Beatdown (I R8 Back)

This deck is way to light on the green mana sources. With a total of 8, 3 of which you need another green mana source to get out, your going to have a tough time playing leather back baloths, or jagged scar archers, or most of your spells. Plus for only 2 spells its not worth the blue.

I have to agree with Time on this. Too much green for the amount of green-mana producing cards you have.

Personally, I'd try to even out your green/blue mana ratio. Swap out a few Islands for Forests, and this deck should be able to run a little faster in getting a lot of those green creatures and spells onto the field.

Other than that, I like the concept, and the playability looks to be quite promising! Good work!

Hehe. We're commenting too quickly against one another XD

I see the misunderstanding, and still agree that this is an extremely well though-out deck!

as long as were running cards like elvish promenade and distant melody, wilt-leaf cavaliers instead of leatherback baloth, and misty rainforest > terramorphic expanse theres also another dual land ill find for you here in a second.

i am not sure if this is standard t2 format or what but for casual old elf decks are best with slate fo ancestry, seedborne muse, priest of titania, lanawar elf, fyndhorn elf, seeker of skybreak, words of wilding so you don't over draw. i have seen that deck drop millions of bears on turn 3
