The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

I am ubilding a life gain deck that gains a lot of life really quickly. I can gain 1,000,000 or more life easily. Basically get out one of the En-Kor creatures and either a Daru Spiritualist or Task force. Once those are in play I can target my Spiritualist or Task Force any number of times with my En-Kor creatures prior to combat damage. Make the Spiritualist or Task Force have a toughness of 1,000,000 then sacrifice it to Animal Boneyard, Worthy Cause, or Starlit Sanctum and gain a lot of life. Advice is welcome. Also what format would this be legal in.

Pretty awesome combo. Only question, can the en-Kor redirect damage that doesn't actually exist? I'm not sure. In case they can't, this can still work pretty easily. Two Shaman en-Kor target each other, just pushing 1 damage back and forth, and the Daru Spiritualist ticks each time since they're both clerics. I would guess it would work just how you have it, but it definitely works with the Shaman en-Kor infinite loop.

@Zanmor Short answer, yes. You can target as many times as you want, which is why this combo works. Another idea is Condemn, easy 1-mana way to gain a ton of life, just attack with your creature that has 9001 toughness. With the plus side that it doubles as spot removal versus your opponent's creatures. Yay versatility! :D
This deck looks really well thought out. Would either of you mind giving me any tips on this deck? http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=90899
