The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
A deck I found on an old web site that is one of my favorite multiplayer decks to play.
This deck has been viewed 4,816 times.
Hah, I see some room for improvement, but this is a really fun idea :-) Well-chosen name! In politics, there's also lots of backstabbing :p (cfr reins of power).

Reins of power, too stronk. Nerf pleez! Still this is my kind of deck.
Yes Reins of Power is a beast. Suggested improvements Spiff?
Very nice. Found myself using several of the above cards, in decks of my own, lately.
Nice deck. I like it.
I like a lot the theme of this deck
If you ran black you could use illness in the ranks...
Ya cool idea for sure! However, adding another color would be a but tricky though. And illness takes away the point of my deck which is to actually HELP my opponent. I want him to have those creatures, to attack SOMEONE ELSE. Or to use my Reins of Power on.
FILLIBUSTER!
is that the card that gives you the win after a certain number of turns with no damage? I forget the name. Cool card but that card MAKES YOU A TARGET, one thing this deck tries to avoid.
I was just joking, because the deck is called politics.....
Interesting idea seems fun to play, I would say running four Torpor Orb instead of Reins of Power if playing single games. Stops the triggered abilities of Hunted Phantasm and Hunted Troll so other opponent won't get the creatures.
Again, solid idea! But see comment above, I actually want to give my opponent creatures.
Since you like multiplayer decks so much, you should try doing a Parley deck!It works quite nicely in multiplayer and is a fun effect for everyone to have!
Sounds cool, I'll put it on my budget multiplayer deck list. (I plan to release one-two multiplayer budget decks a week)
Here is multiplayer budget deck number 2! Check it out: http://www.mtgvault.com/biggeorge76/decks/seals-of-the-apocalypse-bgt/
I'm so very happy at all of the interest and helpful comments on this deck and my How To: Multiplayer deck. Hopefully, I can continue to add some help to people looking for multiplayer decks. Again, I search multiplayer tags for decks daily. I give a free like to them (unless its just atrocious) as well as commenting in a helpful way. Finally, all those that supported this deck please support and look at my new decks that I created. All are multiplayer and most are under a budget theme of $30 or less. My two new multiplayer budget decks: http://www.mtgvault.com/biggeorge76/decks/seals-of-the-apocalypse-bgt/http://www.mtgvault.com/biggeorge76/decks/you-sure-about-that-budget/
This looks AMAZING for a good multiplayer game! I might have to try it. Could I get your opinion on a modern deck though? This is the deck:http://www.mtgvault.com/roxasofthemist/decks/ascendancy-storm/
To bad there's no white for ghostly prison...
There is blue for Propaganda. Which he has :)He could always do Copy Enchantment.
I have personally found that 4 propaganda do the job just fine. Once 2 or three are out, they need 4-6 mana per creature. Add to that, the possibility of one to four Guard Gomazoa as blockers (or the regenerating troll) of any creatures they spend the mana for, and it usually solves any problem. Additionally if one does get through my life total should be able to handle a hit here or there. But thanks for the suggestion! I love Ghostly Prison as well.
If there was any card to get banned in multiplayer formats- it would be Trade Secrets. Nothing like teaming up with an opponent give some other opponent the boot by drawing too many cards.
Have you looked at Fog Bank? It won't deal any damage, but is a cheaper version of the Guard and could be more of the (I don't get hit) blockers. But I love politics. My favorite multiplayer EDH deck is Pheldagrif. He's like the ultimate hugger.
wat duz this deck specilize in?
To my mind Reins of Power is a game breaker in and by itself and doesn't actually need other cards that give the opponents extra creatures. I would cut down on those a tad bid and instead I would add a sacrifice outlet. This is for multiplayer, right? You will have to do your trick more than once. But sometimes you get the creatures of player A to kill player B - and if you can sacrifice them, player A won't get back any! Furthermore, a card like Claws of Gix would allow you to play Reins of Power defensively, saccing everything just to get rid of the creatures, even when they aren't enough to kill.
Maybe it's a good idea to play 2x Propaganda + 2x Ghostly PrisonUsually when I have the possibility to play the same card with a different name, I do it like this. Quite a lot of Maelstrom Pulses and Detention Spheres going around in my playgroup. Also I think Tempt with Vengeance would be an awesome card to play in this deck ^^
It's simply not worth adding white to this deck just for Ghostly Prison, but Tempt with Vengeance, that would be a perfect fit here! It definitely would be worth considering. Thanks for the suggestions.
The Tempt is always a lot of fun, especially with propaganda out ^^
I like the deck!Should be labelled casual, though ;)
