Equip Shuko to 1 creature then another for like a 10000 times in one turn, then use Soul's Grace to gain life equal to target creature's power. You would have 10000 Life points.

Yeah, not happening. Its not +1/+0 until end of turn or anything. It only gets the bonus when the equipment is on it. Everytime you use the Equip ability and it resolves, the creature it just lefts reverts to its old power.
