Well, the deck isn't very complicated. If everything goes as planned I should be drawing lots of cards with argothian enchantress and kor spirit dancer and spanking my enemies with what I believe to be a good selection of enchantments.

I don't see a single one of those cards impacting the game in any way other then slowing him down.
You might also want some cheap creatures so that you have something to enchant.
Minus Uril all his creatures are cheap and benefit from being enchanted. The ramp in this deck would easily make Uril accessible too. Drawing cards from making your creatures bigger and hitting your opponent is always a valuable strategy and the relative low-cost of the deck turns it in to a faster draw engine then blue could hope to achieve along with mass damage potential.
Ya, I have to say the enchantments are pretty well thought out. I'd say that I have all the bases covered for my strategy to work, drawing a card for every other card I play? It's not bad.
