The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Bloodghast would help Bloodthrone Vampire dramatically...

I completely agree... forgot all about Bloodghast in my comment (see below). I'd drop at least 2 if not all of the Nirkana Cutthroats and replace them with Bloodghast. Also, including Nirkana Revenant may be a good idea. She's expensive, but once you have her out, she's s complete beast and quite possibly a game-ender.

Yeah, bloodghast have nice sinergy with Bloodthrone Vampire.
Especially if Blade of the Bloodchief is equipped to the Bloodthrone Vampire.
I'd say you definitely need 2 more Nighthawks, so I'd drop the Ruthless Cullblades for them. I'd also make room for 4 Guul Draz Assassins (maybe drop the Guul Draz Vampires for them), at least 2 Malakir Bloodwitches (maybe drop a pair of Anowans, since he's a legendary and you can't have more than one out anyway), and replace the Bloodthrone Vampires with Viscera Seers (doesn't seem that great, but the scrying you get with Viscera Seer is invaluable). Also, Drana isn't all that great, and Kalitas is expensive enough that you'll rarely get him out, especially with only 1 in the deck; so with all the cheap vampires you have, 3 Captivating Vampires would serve much better than those I think. Besides that, one thing you're really missing with this deck is removal. The Blood Tributes are nice to have, but I'd replace the Exsanguinates with Feast of Bloods and sideboard some 4x Grasp of Darkness. One last thing that's not as big of a deal as most of the suggestions above: You might consider fitting in at least 2 Kalastria Highborn if you plan to have your own creatures going to the graveyard (I suspect you do). She pairs nicely with Viscera Seer, Blade of the Bloodchief, Bloodchief Ascension, etc. I'd say you could probably lose the Lacerators for Kalastria Highborns and it would work well.
Maybe sign in blood for draws? I will try put 4 disfigure and 2-4 feast of blood
