The most playable angel in Modern would be Baneslayer Angel. Also, why aren't you playing Path to Exile?

Mtgtop8 is a great source, without it I would never have known some of the decks that exist.

It draws you a card and it's good against decks that use the graveyard for stuff.

This deck needs many improvements especially with the cards choices. There are better counters than dissolve including, Cryptic Command, Remand, Spell Snare, stuff like that. Other powerful cards for blue white in Modern also include Sphinx's Revelation and Path to Exile. Iona is something you probably wont get to and I think Detention Sphere is just better than Exclusion Ritual and Journey to Nowhere. Supreme Verdict or Wrath of God might be useful too because of the low creature count in this deck. For planeswalkers I would probably go for Elspeth rather than Gideon. Also, your mana base is too simple for Modern. Add fetchlands, shocklands, and maybe add Celestial Colonnades, Tectonic Edges, or Ghost Quarters, and cut the the Reliquary Tower because it won't do anything.

I don't think its possible but your probably could create a deck around one of the gods. Maybe something like Budget Decks: Athreos Approves kinda thing.

I feel like this deck wants to do what Modern Affinity does so I suggest considering to play that. Also there's a few cards I don't completely agree with that could be replaced for other cards. Not sure if you still need help with a sideboard but here it is.

Anyways, getting to the point sideboards usually relate the metagame. Here are some cards good against other decks that u could use:

Cards like Rest in Peace, Relic of Progenitus, Tormod's Crypt, Grafdigger's Cage, and Nihil Spellbomb are all graveyard hate cards for decks like Living End, Melira Pod (their combo), or even to shut down Tarmogoyf.

Rule of Law and Ethersworn Canonist can wipe out decks like Storm.

Spellskite and Leyline of Sanctity can be very useful against targeted removal or burn.

Kataki, War's Wage, Stony Silence, Disenchant, and Wear and Tear deals with artifacts and enchantments.

Some other cards to look at are Linvala, Keeper of Silence, Ghostly Prison, Suppression Field, and Aven Mindcensor.

Infinite life/damage combo. Merlira, Kitchen Finks (infinite life) or Murderous Redcap (infinite damage), and Viscera Seer. Sac Kitchen Finks or Murderous Redcap using Viscera Seer (also getting the scry effect), they come back with no -1/-1 counter from Merlira so u could sac them infinitely and getting their enter the battlefield effects infinitely.

And I will check out your Elves.

That's why there's Birthing Pods and Chord of Callings to search out creatures.

Yup I'd have to say it gotten better. If you have the money, you could go into some different colors like blue or blue and black but adding colors usually makes the deck even more expensive so just stick to mono green for now.

You should probably add in some Rancors, the trample is pretty relevant. You wouldn't want your big, beefy infect creature just to be chumped. Also, another card I would add is Vines of Vastwood to protect your creatures against targeted removal and it also acts as another pump spell.
