This deck is fairly similar to a typical Eggs build. An Eggs deck aims to quickly cycle through your deck by using artifacts that sac to draw cards or add mana. Then it brings them all back with Faith's Reward or Second Sunrise, sacrificing again to cycle through more. This deck, however, runs both Reshape and Wargate for very high consistency.
This deck wins using Banefire. It either generates an infinite combo or simply 20 mana. When you have no cards in your library, you can sacrifice a Conjuror's Bauble to simply return a card, normally Second Sunrise, from your graveyard to your hand. Thus, with two Lotus Blooms, you can generate infinite mana and kill your opponent with Banefire by returning the Blooms with the Sunrise. Your artifacts gain you mana and cards, so that often Fate's Reward simply reads "Draw ten cards." This allows you to chain together Rewards and Sunrises so that you end up with something ~30 mana. Enough to simply kill with Banefire.

Woah! This is a really interesting deck! I see that this could work. However, I think that 4 Reshape may further increase the consistency.

There is a rather big difference between 3 and 4 Reshapes.
I can see why. I'm changing it right now.
