Uses Panoptic Mirror to abuse Sorceries, while draining your opponent's health with enchantments. This deck works best on slower creature oriented decks and sucks against counterspell decks.

If it works, it works REALLY WELL. If it flops, as in if you draw only high casting cost cards, you're screwed.

really cool concept, the only downsize is that your cards cost too much and 4 dark rituals aren't enough to sustain this deck. Consider some mana generating artifacts, such as the mana myrs, talismans, etc.
You think I should break it up into two decks? One is purely Enchantments damage and the other Mirror + bada** sorceries.
I agree with this comment. Try to trim the deck down to where nothing costs anymore than 4 CC. This will allow you to play everything quickly and not sitting back waiting. I could give you a slew of suggestions, but then it would start looking like my Necropotence deck; take a look at it.
I see where you're going with this, but there are a lot of things that could go wrong (as you elude to in your first post). For starters, 4 copies of Cabal Coffers is dangerous here. While an amazing card, if you get them too early you get hosed by its own ability. To help combat this, consider dropping the count down to 3 and add in at least 2 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth. The Tombs will at least allow the Cabal Coffers to tap for mana while also counting towards itself when you activate its ability. Second, the mana curve is all over the place. To be honest, you might be better off steering away from a lot of the 2-3 counts and focus on play sets on what you are trying to accomplish most. I'm personally a 'live and die by' type of player, perhaps that philosophy could help this build. Necropotence will make this deck 100% more efficient. It's restricted, but if you plan on staying casual add at least 3 in. For a better idea, look at my "Necropotence" deck posted here on the site. Just click my name to see my deck list, it's the first one, and is my baby. It's remarkable how inexpensive it can be to create decks that are so destructive. I appreciate any comments or criticism you can offer on any of the decks that I have posted here (just click on my name to see my deck list). Thanks in advance.
If I put a Necropotence in then it will have to be centered around it you know? I wanted to get away from that, with a deck that punishes attackers/creatures and then kills them while they're stuck not attacking.
Since you're going to split the deck in two, how about adding some extra control? Duress, Thoughtseize, Inquisition of Kozilek, Consuming Vapors, Consume the Meek, Doom Blade, Go For the Throat, Extirpate.
Doom Blade, Go For the Throat, & Consuming Vapors, definitely. I'm gonna try to streamline the all sorcery design so that it'll survive even without the Mirror. Since I'm not gonna have creatures Damnation is better since it destroy things with pesky Protection (Progenitus, Emerkaul, etc.)
Being mono-black, consider Mutilate over Damnation if your play area runs a lot of indestructible creatures. Otherwise, if you're not worried about legalities, try Diabolic Edict or Chainer's Edict as removal options, as well; Chainer's is at least reusable with the help of Cabal Coffers.
Yeah, either sidedecking Mutilate or replacing Damnation. It seems that the edicts are a little weak against large numbers of creatures,,,
