A budget friendly Kiln Fiend deck. Mid price under 40
Get out Kiln Fiend. Cast instants to burn direct and remove opponent's creatures, or at least make them tap, thus boosting kiln fiend. Assault strobe is nice for a quick win. Bloodcrazed Goblin is a good chump, or spell dump for removal/instants that may clog the hand. Same with Guul Draz Vampire. Plus he is decent when your opponent drops under 10 life.
